JET DIGITAL PRINTER 08

Jet Digital Printer 08 is a printing machine developed by TSC to be exploited in the third firing and special pieces field. JDP/08 works completely by means of a digital system and it can write on any ceramic surface, both flat and structured/relieved, with reference to the single and double firing productions. In detail, JDP/08 can print through the no. 4 basic colors of the quadrichromation till a max. of no. 8 colors; the tiles, moreover, are feeded through a continuous cycle and the printing takes place without any contacts between the writing heads and the tile.  

DECOPRINT 07

DECOPRINT 07 is a printing machine for the decoration and the glazing, that uses a printing system through silicon rollers engraved with an hollow graphic system. The Decoprint 07 rotary machine is to be considered truly a “capital goods”, aimed to satisfy the client needs, with a market and a product range more and more fractionated. Furthermore Decoprint 07 has the capability to utilise flanges having different diameters, from 400mm to 465mm and for the “S” series up to 550mm. Decoprint 06 can be used as a single machine or in group of 2-3-4- machines (in battery, therefore), for the production of random effects, using a very limited space on the glazing line. Finally, Decoprint 06 is equipped with all the electronic device that integrate and elevate the features of this machine.

DEA 06

Dea 06 is a silk-screen printing machine for sizes from 80x80 to 1000x1000 mm unfired, with electronic operation, without front lock and with semiautomatic size change, it has a digital electronic control panel which incorporates the electronic section of the glaze feeding pump and monitors average production and the output in sqm/day. Besides selecting the number of the squeegee strokes it is also possible to select how many tiles have to be screen printed or left undecorated. Dea 06 can be equipped with a compensator or spacer without a synchroniser. Since it has an error tolerance of 1/10 mm, it assures an increase in the percentage of first choice tiles, allows for separate adjustment of speeds such as tile travel and forward and backward movement of the squeegee. This means that it is possible to reduce hold times for screen cleaning, giving preference in some specific cases to printing rather than glaze application. As regards the direction of tile in feed into the glazing line (right or left) the machine can be modified in 1 hour without a single part having to be replaced. The silk screen printing machine mod. Dea 06 CE destinguish them slaves from the standard model DEA, because their covers and control panels are in accordance with the European Union regulations, with the functioning, the dimensions and the technical features in general of all the a/m machines are exactly the same.
